The Passing of an Icon/Legend

This may be nearly a week late...
But I really wanted to comment on the passing of one of the music industries most controversial singer/performer!
Michael Jackson.
A child star at the age of 5, Michael was continuously in the spotlight his whole life and he grew up in front of our eyes on tv. He broke out from the family group Jackson 5 went solo and became one of the biggest musical acts of the century! Influencing everyone and everything he touched. Sadly he was plagued by the media for his ever changing looks and the child molestation charges brought on him( you decide if he was guilty ).At his memorial service people paid their respect the only way the could by watching the world's greatest performer on tv.

What really struck me as I received two texts from friends letting me know that the King Of Pop had passed away, was to see how the world reacted.
Amazing how when someone dies people pay more attention and are nicer to them.!>?
The media, celebrities people from all walks off life paid their respect, ignoring all the past and history they might have dragged up.
Just goes to show he really was a show stopper, as news of his death spread Google was overloaded with searches for the truth. And for maybe a single minute or more the King Of Pop stopped the world and brought it together.
One of his most memorable lines after receiving the award for Song of the Century (We are the World). Michael said one thing
" Remember the kids "

So listen to his songs again and if you haven't before try, and remember the passing of a true legend...

The Hangover

Two days before his wedding, Doug and his three friends drive to Las Vegas for a blow-out bachelor party they'll never forget. But, in fact, when the three groomsmen wake up the next morning, they can't remember a thing. For some reason, they find a tiger in the bathroom and a six-month-old baby in the closet of their suite at Caesars Palace. The one thing they can't find is Doug. With no clue as to what transpired and little time to spare, the trio must retrace their hazy steps and all their bad decisions in order to figure out where things went wrong and hopefully get Doug back to L.A. in time to walk down the aisle.

That's what this movie is about to blow to smithereens!!!

I can honestly say funniest movie ever. Personal record of leaving the cinema still laughing and walking all the way down queens still cracking up, having dinner and reminiscing about the movie and then bursting into laughter. With its few drawbacks the movie is still highly hilariously entertaining and extremely funny.

I wouldn't recommend taking your mum or girlfriend to this unless either of this particularly like this boyish humour.Strictly boys only.

TEXTING!or TXTING! Have it your way, has become an integral part of my life. I literally feel naked without my phone in my hand or in my pocket. What kicked off this trend was the introduction of free weekends texting by Vodafone. By no means am I complaining i've made what I'd like to believe are lifelong friends just thru a few texts. I remember the feverish palpable waiting for the weekend so we could start blowing off texts to everyone!

Obviously Vodafone stopped this Telecom started 500 txts for 10 dollars but then Vodafone went over the top 2000 texts for the same 10 dollars. Unbelieveable just because the whole of new zealand below the age of 25 are texting like their asses are on fire we helped change and shape the future of texting so much!?

The side effects to this is obvious RSI(repetitive stress injury) and radiation(rumoured) which can affect in ways you so don't wanna don't know about because it's too horrible! Friends the next section is aimed at you!
Is it just me who gets annoyed at people who you text but never get a reply!?!?
No, seriously like these are so busy they don't have time to even look at your text or to flick you a text to let you they're busy!

No but seriously all in all I wouldn't be where I am if it wasn't for the texts I send and receive everyday!

is this what it has all come down too? where our every move is not only recorded by the paranoid society we live in but also the reality that we voluntarily divulge our personal information on such networks!
i mean for some people its really all fun and games really look at the 'tweens' spending hours on sites like bebo... (for more on tweens refer to blog 'http://aur1s.blogspot.com/ )
i'm addicted to games on Facebook =D now poeple even help other people skip police checks by posting on Twitter! lol u say? no it's true. so we if stop publishing our life online and maybe go out and meet some friends visit a relly we might just end a little better!

change of topic i've been struggling with the opposite sex actually and this my way of venting my frustration!!!i mean seriously can a guy not like a girl with her liking him back and so on to a happy ending!i really need to keep my feelings in check. I was recently asked how do u move on from a girl so easily? Let me share with you what my father told me ' son never let yourself fall with your feelings too deep for a girl let there a pull and push a tug here and there but never jump all in with nothing to loose' So that's what I do...

In the beginning...the ramblings of a teenage mind

They say people dream big, I dream bigger. I'm not a larger than life person, don't get me wrong neither am I introverted. I'm a confident, funny, charming, smart,and talented individual wanting to be remembered in history.
I guess I am looking to be famous but not movie stardom famous, more in the business entrepreneurial sense of the word. So is it money that makes the world go round or love?
If your a hopeless romantic you'd say love, I on the other hand say money. Yes I know I'm being a cynic but really where is the love in all the terror,hunger,eco-disasters,petrol prices rising?
A good movie to watch to re- light that inner spark of humanism in you is. " Pay It Forward"
A heart warming tale of one boy's idea to pay a good deed you've done forward instead of demanding a reward.

We could all take a leaf out of his book,when do we ever do somthing for others without being asked first.
